Aftercare - one set of rules
Keep them pretty. Book the refill before they thin out.
This is the only aftercare guide. Ignore older posts that said 4–5 hours dry time. Keep extensions dry for the first 24 hours.
First 24 hours
- No water, steam, sauna, hot yoga, or swimming. The adhesive is still curing.
- No mascara, oil cleansers, or cream around the lash line.
- Do not rub, pick, or sleep face-down if you can help it. A silk pillowcase helps.
- Skip the lash curler. The set is already curled.
Every day after that
- Cleanse with a lash-safe, oil-free shampoo. Makeup and skin oil shorten wear.
- Brush with a clean spoolie morning and night so fans stay separated.
- Use oil-free makeup remover only. Oils break the bond.
- A lash-extension-safe serum is optional if you want to support natural lashes.
Refill schedule
Natural lashes shed. Book a 2-week refill from $65 or a 3-week refill from $70. After 4 weeks it is a full set again. Book the next visit before you leave the studio.

Lash lift & tint
Keep the lift dry for 24 hours as well. No oil on the lashes. Results typically last several weeks - no refill, just a new lift when the curl softens.
If something feels wrong
Itch, redness, or swelling: message Nat and see your GP. Do not wait it out. Allergic reactions are uncommon but they are not something to ignore.
